Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.媒体入口部(3)および媒体出口部(4)を具備したハウジング(2)と、 電磁弁(5)により戻しバネ(27)に対し移動可能なコア(8)と、主弁着座部 (13)と、主着座密封部(20)とを備え、主着座密封部(20)がハウジング(2) に設けられ、主弁座部(13)がハウジング(2)に形成され、着座ブシユ(11) はコア(8)が軸方向に制限移動可能にコア(8)に支承され、且つ媒体の作用 を受ける有効面(18)を有し、有効面(18)の大きさが媒体により作用され着座 ブシユから離間して対向するコア(8)の端面に配置される有効面(17)の大き さと等しいことを特徴とする電磁弁。 2.着座ブシユ(11)は連結部材(22)によりコア(8)と連結され、連結部材 (22)に半径方向に延びる肩部が具備されて着座ブシユ(11)の内側へ向いたカ ラー部の止め部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1の電磁弁。 3.着座ブシユ(11)によりパイロツト弁が外囲されることを特徴とする請求項 2あるいは1の電磁弁。 4.パイロツト弁は着座ブシユ(11)により外囲される弁胴部(14)を有し、弁 胴部(14)に密封着座部(26)が具備され、パイロツト弁は更にコア(8)でバ ネにより支承される密封胴部(23)を有することを特徴とする請求項1の電磁弁 。 5.密封着座部(26)により媒体出口部(4)と通じるチヤンネル(15)が外囲 されることを特徴とする請求項1の電磁弁。 6.コア(8)にはその端面間に絞り制御される軸方向に延びる媒体通路が形成 されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一の電磁弁。 7.媒体入口部(3)と連通する弁チヤンバとチヤンバから離間して対向するコ アの端面との間に絞り制御されて媒体が流れるようにコア(8)が密封部(9) により外囲されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一の電磁弁。 8.密封部(9)は着座ブシユ(11)を外囲する密封リツプ部(10)を有する溝 ・リツプ密封部として設けられることを特徴とする請求項7の電磁弁。 9.着座ブシユ(11)がテーパ付けされた密封縁部を有することを特徴とする請 求項1〜8のいずれか一の電磁弁。 10.直線着座弁として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一の 電磁弁。 11.傾斜した着座弁として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか 一の電磁弁。 12.主着座密封部(20)を有する固定カートリツジ(32)がハウジング(2)に 挿入されることを特徴とする請求項11の電磁弁。 13.2/2ポートの方向制御弁として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜1 2のいずれか一の電磁弁。 14.3/2ポートの方向制御弁として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12 のいずれか一の電磁弁。
