Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)連続的である結晶性ポリマー成分と、 (b)不連続な架橋されたエラストマーポリマー成分と、 を含む熱変形感圧接着剤であって、該感圧接着剤が、少なくとも一つの明確な結 晶融点を有すると共に、温度が上昇するときに二次形状と予め決めた一次形状と の間を移行することができる熱変形感圧接着剤。 2.前記連続的である結晶性ポリマー成分が架橋される請求項1に記載の熱変 形感圧接着剤。 3.前記エラストマーポリマー成分が連続的である請求項2に記載の熱変形感 圧接着剤。 4.前記エラストマーポリマー成分が連続的である請求項1に記載の熱変形感 圧接着剤。 5.前記結晶性成分及びエラストマー成分の全重量に対して、前記結晶性ポリ マー成分を少なくとも約3重量%含む請求項4に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 6.前記結晶性成分及びエラストマー成分の全重量に対して、前記結晶性ポリ マー成分を少なくとも約3重量%含む請求項1に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 7.前記結晶性ポリマー成分が、少なくとも2つの結晶性ポリマー材料を含む 請求項1に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 8.前記エラストマーポリマー成分が、粘着付与された天然ゴム、粘着付与さ れたスチレンブロック共重合体、粘着付与されたシリコーンエラストマー、ポリ (アクリレート)、ポリ(ビニルエステル)、ポリ(α-オレフィン)、またはそれら の混合物を含む請求項1に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 9.前記エラストマーポリマー成分が、ポリ(アクリレート)を含む請求項8 に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 10.前記ポリ(アクリレート)が、アルキルアクリレート及びメタクリレー トモノマー(特に非第三アルキルアルコールの単官能性不飽和アクリレート及び メタクリレートエステルであり、単独重合させられるときにガラス転移温度が約 −10℃より低い)から誘導される請求項9に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 11.前記モノマーが、イソオクチルアクリレート、4-メチル-2-ペンチル アクリレート、2-メチルブチルアクリレート、イソアミルアクリレート、sec- ブチルアクリレート、n-ブチルアクリレート、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート 、イソデシルメタクリレート、イソノニルアクリレート、イソデシルアクリレー ト、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される請求項10に記載の熱変形感 圧接着剤。 12.前記エラストマーポリマー成分が、アルキルアクリレート及びメタクリ レートモノマー(特に非第三アルキルアルコールの単官能性不飽和アクリレート 及びメタクリレートエステル)、及びホモポリマーとしてガラス転移温度が約− 10℃より高いビニルモノマーから誘導される請求項1に記載の熱変形感圧接着 剤。 13.前記エラストマーポリマー成分が、アルキルアクリレート及びメタクリ レートモノマー(特に非第三アルキルアルコールの単官能性不飽和アクリレート 及びメタクリレートエステル)、及びフリーラジカル重合性の極性モノマーから 誘導される請求項1に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 14.前記結晶性ポリマー成分が、アクリレートポリマー、メタクリレートポ リマー、またはそれらの混合物を含む請求項1に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 15.前記結晶性成分及びエラストマー成分の全重量に対して、前記結晶性ポ リマー成分を少なくとも約5重量%含む請求項14に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 16.前記結晶性成分及びエラストマー成分の全重量に対して、前記結晶性ポ リマー成分を少なくとも約3重量%含む請求項14に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 17.前記結晶性ポリマー成分が、ポリ(ドデシルアクリレート)、ポリ(イソ トリデシルアクリレート)、ポリ(n-テトラデシルアクリレート)、ポリ(n-ヘキ サデシルアクリレート)、ポリ(n-ヘキサデシルメタクリレート)、ポリ(n-オクタ デシルアクリレート)、ポリ(ベヘニルアクリレート)、ポリ(エイコサニ ルアクリレート)、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるポリマーを含 む請求項14に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 18.前記結晶性ポリマー成分が、ポリ(n-オクタデシルアクリレート)、ポリ (ベヘニルアクリレート)、及びそれらの混合物を含む請求項17に記載の熱変形 感圧接着剤。 19.温度が上昇するときに二次形状と一次形状との間を移行することができ る微小球の形である請求項1に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 20.温度が上昇するときに二次表面形状と一次表面形状との間を移行するこ とができるフィルムの形の請求項1に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 21.前記連続的である結晶性ポリマー成分が、結晶性主鎖セグメントを有す る結晶性ポリマー材料を含む請求項1に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 22.前記結晶性主鎖セグメントを有する結晶性ポリマー材料が、ポリエステ ル、ポリテトラ−ヒドロフラン、低級ポリオレフィン、及び結晶性ポリエステル セグメントを含有するポリウレタンからなる群から選択される請求項21に記載 の熱変形感圧接着剤。 23.前記連続的である結晶性ポリマー成分が、結晶性側鎖を有する結晶性ポ リマー材料を含む請求項1に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 24.前記結晶性側鎖を有する結晶性ポリマー材料が、ポリ(アクリレート)、 ポリ(メタクリレート)、ポリ(アクリルアミド)、ポリ(メタクリルアミド)、ポリ (ビニルエステル)及び式: [式中、Xが-CH2-、-C(O)O-、-O-C(O)-、または-C(O)-NH-であり、mがポマー の繰り返し単位の数であり、nが、室温で結晶性領域を有するポリマーを形成す るために十分な側鎖長と配座とを提供するように十分に大きい]によって 表されるポリ(α-オレフィン)ポリマー及びコーポリマからなる群から選択さ れる請求項23に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤。 25.(a)ポリ(n-オクタデシルアクリレート)、ポリ(ベヘニルアクリレー ト)及びそれらの混合物を含む連続的である架橋された結晶性ポリマー成分と、 (b)ポリ(アクリレート)を含む不連続な架橋されたエラストマーポリ マー成分と、を含む熱変形感圧接着剤であって、該感圧接着剤が、少なくとも一 つの明確な結晶融点を有すると共に、温度が上昇するときに二次形状と予め決め た一次形状との間を移行することができる熱変形感圧接着剤。 26.(a)連続的である結晶性ポリマー成分と、 (b)不連続な架橋されたエラストマーポリマー成分と、 を含む熱変形感圧接着剤の層が塗布される少なくとも一つの表面の少なくとも一 部分を有するキャリヤーを含む熱変形感圧接着剤物品であって、該感圧接着剤が 、少なくとも一つの明確な結晶融点を有すると共に、温度が上昇するときに二次 表面形状と予め決めた一次表面形状との間を移行することができる熱変形感圧接 着剤物品。 27.前記一次表面形状が概して平面であり、前記二次表面形状が構造化され ている請求項26に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤物品。 28.前記構造化された二次表面形状が、凹んだキャビティを含む請求項26 に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤物品。 29.前記凹んだキャビティが、前記感圧接着剤物品が付着させられる表面に 供給するための材料をその内部に含む請求項28に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤物品 。 30.前記材料が、薬剤、顔料及びインキからなる群から選択される請求項2 9に記載の熱変形感圧接着剤物品。 31.位置調整できる感圧接着剤物品である請求項27に記載の熱変形感圧接 着剤物品。 32.前記キャリヤーが、剥離ライナーである請求項26に記載の熱変形感圧 接着剤物品。 33.(a)(i)連続的である結晶性ポリマー成分と、 (ii)不連続な架橋されたエラストマーポリマー成分と、を含む熱変 形感圧接着剤を提供するステップにおいて、該感圧接着剤が、少なくとも一つの 明確な結晶融点を有すると共に、温度が上昇するときに二次形状と予め決めた一 次形状との間を移行することができるステップと、 (b)二次形状である間に熱変形感圧接着剤の温度を上昇させて予め決め た一次形状を形成するステップとを含む、感圧接着剤の前記形状を変化させる方 法。 34.前記連続的である結晶性ポリマー成分が架橋される請求項33に記載の 方法。 35.前記エラストマーポリマー成分が連続的である請求項33に記載の方法 。 36.(a)結晶性ポリマー成分を作製するステップと、 (b)エラストマーポリマー成分を結晶性ポリマー成分の存在下で作製す るステップであって、該ステップがエラストマー成分を架橋することと一次形状 を付与することとを含むステップと、 (c)次に二次形状を感圧接着剤に付与するステップと、を含む熱変形感 圧接着剤を作製する方法。 37.エラストマーポリマー成分を作製する前記ステップが、結晶性ポリマー 成分を、エラストマー成分を作製するために用いられるモノマー、開始剤、及び 架橋剤の混合物中に溶解させることを含む請求項36に記載の方法。 38.エラストマーポリマーを作製する前記ステップが、エラストマー成分及 び結晶性成分の両方を架橋させることを含む請求項36に記載の方法。
