Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ばら材を搬送するスクリューコンベヤを用いてばら材を熱処理するための装 置において、温度調整ゾーン(25)の領域において赤外線放射装置または高周 波放射装置のような熱放射源をスクリューコンベヤに付設して、スクリューコン ベヤの搬送機能領域にある搬送材に熱放射の大部分が直接作用するようにしたこ とを特徴とする装置。 2.熱放射源が、スクリュー要素の回転径の外側に取り付けられていることを特 徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 3.熱放射源が、熱放射線を透過させるように構成されたスクリュー軸の中に取 り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 4.ベルトスクリューの原理で作動するスクリューコンベヤの場合、またはスク リューパイプコンベヤの場合、熱放射源が回転径の中心領域に取り付けられてい ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 5.熱放射装置が設置用担持体(27)に取り付けられていること、この設置用 担持体がその高さを調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。 6.スクリューが、温度調整ゾーン(25)の前に配置 される引き込みゾーン(23)及び(または)配量ゾーン(24)を有している ことを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。 7.閉じたスクリュージャケットパイプが使用され、プロセス空間から出る放射 線の吸い込み及び(または)周囲とは異なる大気圧のプロセス空間への印加を行 うことを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。 8.ばら材の乾燥方法において、ばら材への熱伝達を主に赤外線放射によって行 い、放射ガスを吸い込むことを特徴とする方法。
