Abstract

Die Funktionsweise dieser Erwärmungs- und Mischanlage für Baustoffe beruht auf einer kontinuierlich oder diskontinuierlich arbeitenden, mischenden Bearbeitungsanlage, die mit in der Baumaschinentechnik bekannten mechanischen Arbeitsverfahren wie Fördermischen, Rührmischen, Trommelmischen, usw. unter gleichzeitiger Erwärmung die Baugüter, Baustoffe oder andere bautechnischen Substanzen arbeitet, um bestimmte, in der Bautechnik gebräuchlichen Mischgüter oder Produkte herzustellen oder zu verändern. Bei dieser Erwärmungs- und Mischanlage werden die wärmetechnisch zu behandelnden Baugüter je nach Prozesstechnik mit einem oder mehreren elektromagnetischen Feldern, die von einem oder mehreren Hochfrequenz- oder Mikrowellengeneratoren elektrisch erzeugt werden, berührungslos und homogen an der Oberfläche und im Volumen erwärmt. Der Erwärmungsprozess bewirkt auch eine Trockung der Baustoffe mit Feldenergie aus dem Hochfrequenzoder Mikrowellengenerator.
