Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも2つの候補配合物の集合物の中から、ある反応物または反応物 の混合物の転化触媒として働くことができる触媒配合物を同時に試験または選択 する方法であって、組合せの中に、 a)前記配合物を1つ以上の担体に別々に支持し、 b)前記配合物を必要に応じて安定化させて該担体に固定し、 c)反応条件で該担持配合物を該反応物と接触させ、 d)該反応の進行中に、該個々の配合物によって放出または吸収される熱を観 察し、かつ/または該個々の担持配合物の近くの生成物または反応物を分析する ことを含む方法。 2.該個々の担持配合物のすぐ近くにおいて試料の採取又は観察を行い、そし て該試料の生成物または反応物組成について分析を行うことを含む請求項1記載 の方法。 3.担体表面にスポットまたは層の配列状態をなしている間に該配合物を接触 させる請求項1記載の方法。 4.ケイ素、クロム、ジルコニウムおよび/または炭素を含む担体を使用する ことを含む請求項1記載の方法。 5.該個々の配合物を、該担体上の種々の触媒配合物の配列中のその位置およ び/または各配合物に物理的に関連する特有標識の分析によって識別することが できる請求項1記載の方法。 6.該触媒配合物を、少なくとも1つの配合物の活性を少なくとも10%低下 させる物質または条件に曝露した後、活性を測定することによって安定性を測定 することをさらに含む請求項1記載の方法。 7.担体手段を含む触媒配合物の配列を含む装置であって、複数の異なる配合 物を、個々に前記担体手段に固定し、かつ反応条件で前記配合物を反応物と接触 させるように適応させ、さらに該反応条件で該配列中の個々の配合物の相対温度 または熱吸収または発光を検出するように適応される検出器手段を含む装置。 8.前記検出器手段が、赤外線感光カメラ手段、走査ダイオード、ラマン、F TIR、NMR、ESR、GC、質量分光分析法、GC/MS、液体クロマトグ ラフィー、酵素、細胞、抗体、発光分光分析法、反応または生成物を検出もしく は識別するための補助試薬、赤外線感光素子、熱電素子、スターリング冷却装置 および/または他の分光器手段もしくは記録温度計手段を含む請求項7記載の装 置。 9.請求項1記載の方法によって選ばれる配合物を含む触媒。 10.多孔質担体と金属塩溶液との接触を含む請求項1記載の方法。 11.前記検出器手段が、電子画像の個々の部分を指定することによって配列 中の候補を識別する手段を含む請求項8記載の装置。 12.前記検出器手段が、電気化学的手段、または金属蓄積測定用ガンマカメ ラ、中性子活性化による画像元素分析および放出放射能のフィルムまたは貯蔵板 による画像処理、音響式高温測定法による温度測定、ボロメーター法、電気化学 的検出、伝導度検出、好ましくは該担体ペレットを溶解して該金属充填量を直接 分析する液相分析法、該液相における屈折率測定および/または該通常の源では なく、その代わりに特徴ある波長において発する該放射線高温ガスを用いる生成 ガスのIR発光の直接観察を含む請求項8記載の装置。 13.前記検出器手段が、反応の活性または特定化合物もしくは種々の化合物 のインジケーターとしての化学発光、平行放射線源、多管サンプリング、質量分 光計、クロマトグラフ、または光学モニター、各候補を離れる該ストリームへの ある試薬の添加、検出可能な生成物、光等を生じる染色または反応によって触媒 生成物の検出を可能にする試薬を含み、かつ/または該担体が均一な流動分布の ための特殊な配置を有する配列、たとえばブロック内の各チャンネルに挿入され る多分配管のヘッダーを含む請求項8記載の装置。 14.ある候補触媒配合物を異なる温度に曝露する温度勾配または他の手段に よる前記配合物の安定化、か焼、蒸気処理、乾燥、反応、イオン交換および/ま たは沈殿を含む請求項1記載の方法。 15.該配合物を、たとえば高温、V、Pb、Ni、As、Sb、Sn、Hg 、Fe、S、または他の金属、H2S、塩素、酸素および/または一酸化炭素の ような、少なくとも1つの配合物の活性を少なくとも10%低下させる有害作因 に 曝露した後、さきに低下させた活性を少なくとも10%上回るだけ該配合物中の 少なくとも1つの活性を高める水蒸気、熱、H2、空気、液体の水または他の異 なる物質もしくは条件に曝露することによってエージング等をシミュレートし、 それによって再生可能性、再活性化可能性、デコーキング、または他の触媒の性 質を測定することを含む請求項1記載の方法。 16.化学組成の差に関連する輻射率の変化に対する補正を含む反応による温 度変化の検出を含む請求項1記載の方法。 17.前記配合物が、遷移金属、白金、鉄、ロジウム、マンガン、メタロセン 、亜鉛、銅、塩化カリウム、カルシウム、モリブデン、銀、タングステン、コバ ルトおよび前記の混合物からなる群から選ばれる物質を含む請求項1記載の方法 。 18.反応の吸熱または発熱による個々の配合物の近くの温度変化の検出を含 む請求項1記載の方法。該方法は還元剤による処理を含むことができる。該接触 工程は該多孔質担体内の金属の分布を改善する化合物の存在下で行うことができ る。該候補触媒配合物は下層によって支持されるウォッシュコートを含有する担 体表面にスポットまたは層の形で接触させることができる。 19.数学的操作、たとえば変換、重みつき加法および/または減法等によっ て多波長における観察を処理し;反応または特定化合物もしくは種々の化合物の 存在を示す付加反応を用いて反応の活性、反応物、または生成物を検出しかつ/ または反応の活性のインジケーターとして化学発光を用いることを含む請求項1 記載の方法。
