Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 無段変速機(10)の第1及び第2のハイドロリック式の円錐プーリ軸方向 調節装置における油圧オイル圧を、変速比に関連して変化させるための油圧緊急 制御装置であって、ハンド切換え弁(20)を用いて選択可能な少なくとも各1 つの駆動状態、つまり前進走行、後退走行及びアイドリングのための駆動状態を 備えている形式のものにおいて、 前進走行のための駆動状態では変速機が緊急走行運転において「Overd rive」変速比を制御し、 ハンド切換え弁(20)が、最大の変速機トルクにおける走行のためには1 つのシフト位置「D1」だけ拡張されており、かつシフト位置「D1」を介して「 Low」変速比が調節可能であることを特徴とする、拡張されたハンド切換え弁 を備えた無段変速機のための油圧緊急制御装置。 2. ポンプ(1)が第2の軸方向調節装置の少なくともピストン室(17)にオ イルを供給し、ポンプ(1)に後置された遠隔制御される圧力降下弁(50)と 少なくとも1つの電磁操作式の圧力制限弁(60)とが、そこにおけるオイル圧 を制限し、さらにこの供給部から、圧力制御弁(60)の前における圧力を用い て貫流位置への開放運動が制御される比 例方向切換え弁(30)を介して、第1の軸方向調節装置のピストン室(13) にオイルが供給され、かつ、圧力降下弁(50)に通じている遠隔制御装置に、 遠隔制御導管(97,98)を介して開放機能が与えられ、しかも少なくとも前 進走行、後退走行及びアイドリングのような個々の駆動状態が、ハンド切換え弁 (20)の相応なシフト位置を介して、別体の作業導管(109,110)を介 してオイルを供給される少なくとも2つのクラッチ(4,5)を制御するために 、選択可能であり、 ハンド切換え弁(20)のシフト位置「D1」がクラッチ制御に関して前進走 行のためのシフト位置に相当しており、 ハンド切換え弁(20)が、作業導管(109,110)のための接続部の他 に、別の作業接続部を有しており、該作業接続部が前進走行、後退走行及びアイ ドリングのためのシフト位置において、戻し接続部と接続され、かつシフト位置 「D1」において流入接続部と接続されており、 前記別の作業接続部が、制御導管(95)を介して切換え弁(90)の制御接 続部(93)に通じており、切換え弁(90)がその制御時に一方では遠隔制御 導管(97,98)を遮断し、その際に導管部分(98)を放圧し、かつ他方で は後退位置の側において弁(30)に接続された放圧される制御導 管(35)を、1次オイル圧で負荷する、請求項1記載の油圧緊急制御装置。 3. ハンド切換え弁(20)が、2つの流入接続部と1つの戻し接続部と3つの 作業接続部とを備えた、ハンドレバー操作式の6ポート5位置方向切換え弁であ り、この場合アイドリングのためのシフト位置が2倍設けられている、請求項2 記載の油圧緊急制御装置。 4. ハンド切換え弁(20)の流入接続部が、始動クラッチ(4,5)に供給さ れるクラッチ圧を負荷されている、請求項2記載の油圧緊急制御装置。 5. 切換え弁(90)が、1つの貫流位置と1つの戻し位置とを備えた、両側に おいてハイドロリック式に操作される4ポート2位置比例方向切換え弁であり、 この場合貫流位置の側に戻しばね(91)が配置されている、請求項2記載の油 圧緊急制御装置。 6. 戻しばね(31,91)のばね力が調節可能である、請求項2記載の油圧緊 急制御装置。
