Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 不飽和C4−炭化水素の気相酸化による酢酸の製造のための、不活性の 非孔性担体及びその担体の外側表面上に施与された触媒活性混合酸化物から成る シェル型触媒において、この触媒活性混合酸化物は、 a)二酸化チタン、二酸化ジルコニウム、二酸化錫、 酸化アルミニウムの群からの酸化物1種以上及び b)成分a)の重量に対して、及び成分a)の比表面 積1m2/g当たり、0.1〜1.5重量%の五酸 化バナジウムを含有することを特徴とする、酢酸製 造用シェル型触媒。 2. 成分a)として、付加的に更に、ハフニウム、ニオブ、タングステン、 ランタン及びセリウムの群からの金属の酸化物1種以上を、成分a)の総量に対 して、1〜15重量%の量で含有している、請求項1に記載のシェル型触媒。 3. 成分b)として、五酸化バナジウムの一部が、モリブデン、クロム及び アンチモンの酸化物1種以上によって取り代えられていて、かつ/又は付加的な 成分b)として、アルカリ金属、元素周期律表の第5及び第6主族の元素及び遷 移金属の酸化物1種以上が更に含有されている、請求項1又は2に記載のシェル 型触媒。 4. 触媒活性混合酸化物組成物が、担体及び活性組 成物から成る総重量に対して、1〜40重量%の割合で、層厚10〜1000μ mを有するシェルとして、担体の外側表面上に施与されている、請求項1から3 までのいずれか1項に記載のシェル型触媒。 5. シェル型触媒は、触媒活性混合酸化物組成物の層1以上を有する、請求 項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のシェル型触媒。 6. シェル型触媒は複数層を有し、この際、内層は成分a)のみを含有し、 外層は成分a)及びb)を含有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載 のシェル型触媒。 7. シェル型触媒は複数層を有し、この際、内層及び外層は、各々、成分a )及びb)を含有し、内層の成分a)の比表面積は外層のそれよりも高く選択さ れる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のシェル型触媒。 8. 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のシェル型触媒の使用下に、 管状反応器中で、不飽和C4−炭化水素の気相酸化により酢酸を製造するに当た り、酸素又は酸素含有ガス、C4−炭化水素1種以上及び水蒸気を含有するガス 混合物を、ブテン(混合物)/酸素(空気)の容量混合比0.2/99.5〜1 5/85、及びブテン(混合物)/水蒸気の容量混合比1/1〜1/50で、温 度100〜400℃で、0.2〜30バールの過圧下に、シェル型触媒に接して 反 応させることを特徴とする、酢酸の製法。 9. 管状反応器中での不飽和C4−炭化水素の気相酸化により酢酸を製造す るための請求項8に記載の方法において、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に 記載のシェル型触媒を、帯域的に、反応管中に装入する、請求項8に記載の方法 。
