Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの中央に配置されたイオン導電性膜を含有し、該膜がその 互いに反対側の2つの平面の少なくともかなりの部分にわたり、少なくとも1つ の触媒活性物質および少なくとも1つの二次元のガス透過性で電子導電性接触物 質と導電的に結合され、少なくとも2つの前記成分のその結合が積層によって行 われている積層物の製造法であって、該イオン導電性膜、該触媒活性物質、およ び該電子導電性接触物質の結合を連続的に行うことを含む方法。 2.該イオン導電性膜が、輸送および供給装置によって正確な位置で少なくと も該電子導電性接触物質と接触し、一緒に加圧することによって少なくとも該2 つの成分が積層されて相互に結合する請求項1記載の方法。 3.該積層が圧力を加えるローラーによって行われる請求項1または2記載の 方法。 4.該イオン導電性膜および/または該接触物質が供給されリボン状に加工さ れる請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つの項記載の方法。 5.該電子導電性接触物質および/または該イオン導電性膜の少なくとも1つ の平面に触媒活性物質を被覆する請求項1〜4のいずれか1つの項記載の方法。 6.カチオン導電性膜を該イオン導電性膜として用いる請求項1〜5のいずれ か1つの項記載の方法。 7.用いられる該イオン導電性膜が、該ポリアリールエーテルケトン類、ポリ アリーレンスルフィド類、ポリアリールエーテルスルホン類、ポリ(1,4−フ ェニレン)類およびポリベンズイミダゾール類を含む群または該スルホン化ポリ アラミド類を含む群から選ばれるポリマーまたは完全フッ素化ポリマーを含有す る膜である請求項1〜5のいずれか1つの項記載の方法。 8.用いられる該触媒が白金、金、ロジウム、イリジウム、またはルテニウム 触媒である請求項1〜4のいずれか1つの項記載の方法。 9.用いられる該電子導電性接触物質が炭素紙、炭素不織布、炭素布、炭素フ ェルト、または複合炭素繊維構造物もしくは金属を含む群から選ばれる二次元炭 素繊維構造物である請求項1〜4のいずれか1つの項記載の方法。 10.用いられる該接触物質が二次元黒鉛化炭素繊維構造物である請求項9記 載の方法。 11.用いられる該接触物質が二次元炭素繊維構造物で、その繊維および該繊 維の接触点がさらに炭素層で被覆される請求項9または10記載の方法。 12.該イオン導電性膜がその少なくとも1つの平面で電子導電性接触物質と 積層される請求項1〜11のいずれか1つの項記載の方法。 13.該イオン導電性膜がそのそれぞれの平面で異なる接触物質と結合される 請求項12記載の方法。 14.該イオン導電性膜がその両平面で、触媒を保持する電子導電性接触物質 と積層され、該膜の1つの面に対する該接触物質が、該膜の他の面に対する該接 触物質が保持する触媒とは異なる触媒を保持する請求項12または13記載の方 法。 15.該膜/電極集成体が、それぞれイオン導電性膜および電子導電性接触物 質からなる2つの積層物を、該イオン導電性表面で積層させて結合させることに より製造される請求項12または13記載の方法。 16.該成分を結合させるために、該電子導電性接触物質または該膜の少なく とも1つの平面もしくは両成分に溶剤またはポリマー溶液を連続的に被覆する請 求項1〜15のいずれか1つの項記載の方法。 17.該付着促進コーティング物質が該触媒を含有する請求項16記載の方法 。 18.該膜を形成するイオン導電性ポリマーを含有するポリマー溶液を被覆に 使用する請求項16または17記載の方法。 19.積層使用とする該成分を、意図するように供給及び位置決め装置によっ て接触させ、5〜300℃の範囲の温度で積層させる請求項1〜18のいずれか 1つの項記載の方法。 20.積層させるべき該成分を、意図するように供給および位置決め装置によ って接触させ、107〜10 12 Paの範囲の圧力で積層させる請求項1〜19 いずれか1つの項記載の方法。 21.得られた該積層物が該積層の下流の連続工程において、依然として付着 していた不必要成分が除かれて相互に結合する請求項1〜20のいずれか1つの 項記載の方法。 22.該積層物を10〜250℃の範囲の温度で加熱乾燥区画に通す請求項2 1記載の方法。 23.該不必要成分を下流の洗浄工程で除去した後で積層物を乾燥する請求項 21記載の方法。 24.後の使用の間の流体及びガスに対する封止の必要性に合わせて、該積層 の下流の連続工程において封止物質を該積層物の外側リム領域に適用する請求項 1〜23のいずれか1つの項記載の方法。 25.該積層の下流の工程において、意図する後の用途に適する相当寸法に該 積層物を分割する請求項1〜24のいずれか1つの項記載の方法。 26.請求項1〜25のいずれか1つの項記載の方法によって製造された積層 物。 27.膜/電極集成体である請求項26記載の積層物。 28.該積層物の交流電圧抵抗の変移範囲が±10%である請求項1〜25の いずれか1つの項記載の方法によって製造された積層物。 29.請求項1〜28のいずれか1つの項記載のように製造された積層物の燃 料電池または電解槽における使用。
