Claims (16)
- 단섬유를 초벌 제조하여 얻게 되어, 미경화 수지를 포함하는 긴 미경화 섬유 시트를 반송하는 반송 수단과, 상기 미경화 섬유 시트의 상기 미경화 수지를 경화시켜 수지 함침 경화 시트에 성형하는 수지 경화 수단을 갖고,상기 반송 수단은 구동 롤과, 종동 롤과, 상기 구동 롤 및 종동 롤에 권취되는 무한 벨트로 이루어지는 적어도 1 세트의 회전 벨트를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 함침 경화 시트의 제조 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 함침 경화 시트의 양측 모서리를 트리밍하는 트리밍 커터, 권취 면압을 보유 지지하기 위한 압박 롤 및 권취 축이 상기 수지 함침 경화 시트의 주행로에 따라 차례로 배치되어 이루어지는 권취 장치를 더 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 함침 경화 시트의 제조 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반송 수단은 상기 미경화 섬유 시트의 반송로를 사이에 두고 상하에 배치된 적어도 2 세트 한 쌍의 회전 벨트를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 함침 경화 시트의 제조 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수지 경화 수단은 2개 한 쌍의 가열 가압 롤을 구비하는데, 상기 미경화 섬유 시트는 무한 벨트를 거쳐서 상기 롤 사이에 맞물리게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 함침 경화 시트의 제조 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수지 경화 수단은 가열 액압 장치를 구비하는데, 상기 미경화 섬유 시트는 무한 벨트를 거쳐서 상기 가열 액압 장치 사이에 맞물리게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 함침 경화 시트의 제조 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수지 경화 수단은 적어도 예열부와 가열 가압부를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 함침 경화 시트의 제조 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 수지 함침 경화 시트의 제조 장치를 이용하여, 긴 상기 미경화 섬유 시트의 상기 미경화 수지를 경화시켜 긴 수지 함침 경화 시트를 연속적으로 제조하고, 이를 권취하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 함침 경화 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 단섬유를 초벌 제조하여 얻게 되는 섬유제 시트가, 탄소 단섬유와 유기 고분자계 바인더를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 함침 경화 시트의 제조 방법.
- 단섬유를 초벌 제조하여 얻게 되어, 미경화 수지를 포함하는 긴 미경화 섬유 시트를 경화시켜 제조되는 수지 함침 경화 시트를 탄소화하여 탄소계 재료 시트를 제조하기 위한 장치로서,상기 수지 함침 경화 시트를 수평 방향으로 연속하여 이송하면서 탄소화하는 탄소화 처리실과, 상기 탄소화 처리실 내에 배치된 가이드 롤을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소계 재료 시트의 제조 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 탄소계 재료 시트의 양측 모서리를 트리밍하는 트리밍 커터와, 권취 면압을 보유 지지하기 위한 압박 롤과, 권취 축이 상기 탄소계 재료 시트의 주행로에 따라서 차례로 배치되어 이루어지는 권취 장치를 더 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소계 재료 시트의 제조 장치.
- 단섬유를 초벌 제조하여 얻게 되어, 미경화 수지를 포함하는 긴 미경화 섬유 시트를 반송하는 반송 수단과, 상기 미경화 섬유 시트의 상기 미경화 수지를 경화시켜 수지 함침 경화 시트에 성형하는 수지 경화 수단을 갖고, 상기 반송 수단은 구동 롤과, 종동 롤과, 상기 구동 롤 및 종동 롤에 권취되는 무한 벨트로 이루어지는 적어도 1 세트의 회전 벨트를 구비하여 이루어지는 수지 함침 경화 시트의 제조 장치를 이용하여, 긴 상기 미경화 섬유 시트의 상기 미경화 수지를 경화시켜 긴 수지 함침 경화 시트를 연속적으로 제조하는 것과, 제10항에 기재된 탄소화 장치를 이용하여 긴 상기 수지 함침 경화 시트를 탄소화시켜 긴 탄소계 재료 시트를 연속적으로 제조하고, 계속해서 상기 탄소계 재료 시트를 권취하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소계 재료 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 단섬유를 초벌 제조하여 얻게 되는 섬유제 시트가, 탄소 단섬유와 유기 고분자계 바인더를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소계 재료 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 단섬유의 평균 직경을 5 ㎛ 미만으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소계 재료 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 유기 고분자계 바인더의 탄화수율을 4O 중량 % 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소계 재료 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 미경화 수지를 함침한 섬유 시트를 예열하고 나서, 가열 가압함으로써, 수지 함침 경화 시트를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소계 재료 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 가열 가압할 때의 온도를 예열 온도보다 50 ℃ 이상 높게 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소계 재료 시트의 제조 방법.
