Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. オレフィン性又はアセチレン性不飽和モノマーの挿入(インサーション) 重合のための方法であって、前記モノマーの一種以上を、適切な重合方法条件下 において、イオン性触媒系と接触させることを含む方法において、その改良は、 長鎖線状アルキル・リガンド含有有機アルミニウム化合物の存在下に前記接触を 行うことを含む、方法。 2. メルト・インデックスが100以下で、密度が0.92g/cc以下のエ チレン・コポリマーの調製に適する請求項1の方法であって、稀釈剤又は溶剤を 用いて又は用いずに、エチレンと、1)架橋ハフニウム化合物、2)珪素架橋モ ノシクロペンタジエニルチタニウム化合物、及び3)未架橋の嵩高い15族を含 有する嵩高いモノシクロペンタジエニルチタニウム化合物から選択されるイオン 性触媒系の存在下に挿入(インサーション)重合を行うことができる一種以上の コモノマーを接触させることを含み、当該接触が90℃以上の温度で行われる、 方法。 3. 前記イオン性触媒系が、一価の水素化物、アルキル又はシリル・リガンド を有する、触媒として適する4、5又は8族遷移金属化合物と、1又は2族陽イ オンと非配位陰イオンとを含む水和された塩との反応生成物である、請求項1に 従う方法。 4. 前記イオン性触媒系が、重合媒体中にてあるいは当該媒体への導入の直前 に、遷移金属化合物と陰イオン前駆体とを接触させることによって調製される、 請求項1−3のいずれかに従う方法。 5. 前記有機アルミニウム化合物が、触媒系及びその成分とは独立に反応容器 に導入される、請求項1−4のいずれかに従う方法。 6. オレフィン性又はアセチレン性不飽和モノマーの挿入(インサーション) 重合のための方法であって、前記モノマーの一種以上を、適切な重合方法条件下 において、一価の水素化物、アルキル又はシリル・リガンドを有し、触媒として 適する4、5、6又は8族遷移金属化合物と、1又は2族陽イオンと非配位陰イ オンとを含む水和された塩との反応生成物を含むイオン性触媒組成物と接触させ ることを含む、方法。
