Abstract

Un circuito integrato regolatore di tensione ad elevata stabilità e basso consumo di corrente, del tipo destinato a produrre su una uscita (E7) un predeterminato e stabile valore di tensione (Vref) pur incorporando resistenze interne (R1, R2, R3) ad elevata tolleranza, si distingue per il fatto di comprendere ulteriori resistenze (R4, R5) rispettivamente collegate tra la base (B1, B2) e l'emettitore (E1, E3) di predeterminati transistori (T1, T3), per compensare le variazioni nelle cadute di tensione base-emettitore di tali transistori (T1, T5) quando polarizzati da correnti dipendenti dal valore delle resistenze interne.
