    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 非安定化直流電圧入力端子と負荷との間に直列に挿入さ
    れた制御用トランジスタと、出力電圧検出用の抵抗群と
    、ベースがこの抵抗群に接続された誤差検出用トランジ
    スタと、この誤差検出用トランジスタのエミッタ回路に
    挿入された定電圧素子と、ベースが前記誤差検出用トラ
    ンジスタのコレクタに接続されろレクタが前記制御用ト
    ランジスタのベースに接続された電流増幅用トランジス
    タと、前記抵抗群に直列に挿入されて周囲温度の変化に
    よる前記誤差検出用トランジスタのベース・エミッタ電
    圧の変動を補正するダイオードとを備えた電圧安定化装
    置。
