    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力直流電源を安定化して出力直流電源を出力する安定
    化電源回路において、コレクタが入力電源端子にエミッ
    タが出力電源端子に接続されたシ・　リーズドロップト
    ランジスタと、上記トランジスタのベースとアース間に
    接続された定電圧素子と、上記トランジスタのコレクタ
    ・ベース間にバイアス抵抗と直列に接続され電源オン・
    オフの制御信号に応じて開閉するスイッチ回路とを備え
    たことを特徴とする安定化電源回路。
