Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源入力端子と、該電源入力端子にコレクタが接続され
    るトランジスタと、前記電源入力端子にアノードが接続
    される定電流ダイオードと、その定電流ダイオードのカ
    ソードを前記トランジスタのベースおよび第２のシャン
    トレギュレータのカソードおよび第１のシャントレギュ
    レータのカソードへ共通接続し第１のシャントレギュレ
    ータのリファレンスを前記トランジスタのエミッタおよ
    び電流極用抵抗の一端へ共通接続し前記第１のシャント
    レギュレータのアノードを前記電流検出抵抗の他端およ
    び電流出力端子へ共通接続し、その電流出力端子と共通
    電位との抵抗分割を前記第２のシャントレギュレータの
    リファレンス入力へ接続し、その第２のシャントレギュ
    レータのアノードを前記共通電位へ接続したことを特徴
    とする電圧リミット付定電流回路。
