Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　相補特性の１対の入力スイッチング素子と、
    該素子の各ベースに接続される入力端子と、該素子の各
    エミッタに接続される基準電圧源と、該素子の各コレク
    タを各々ベースに接続する相補特性の１対の出力スイッ
    チング素子と、出力スイッチング素子の各エミッタに接
    続される第１電源及び第２軍源と、前記出力スイッチン
    グ素子の各コレクタに接続される２つのダイオードと、
    前記出力スイッチング素子の各コレクタ間に接続される
    定電流回路と、前記ダイオードを共通接続して出力され
    る出力端子とを有することを特徴とする定電流回路。
  2. （２）前記定電流回路が入力端子と、該入力端子にスイ
    ッチング素子のコレクタと、゛定電流ダイオτドのアノ
    ードを共通接続しそのカソードを前記スイッチング素子
    のベースとシャントレギュレータのカソードへ共通接続
    し、そのシャントレギュレータのゲートを前記スイッチ
    ング素子のエミッタと電流検出抵抗へ共通接続し、その
    電流検出抵抗と前記シャントレギュレータのアノードへ
    共通接続して出力する出力端子とを有することを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の定電流回路。
