Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）直流電源の両端子間に発光ダイオードおよび電流
    制限素子からなる直列回路を接続し、上記発光ダイオー
    ドと並列に抵抗およびトランジスタのエミッターベース
    からなる直列回路を接続シ、上記トランジスタのコレク
    タど上記直流電源の電流制限素子側の端子との間から出
    力を得ることを特徴とする定電流回路。
  2. （２）発光ダイオードを赤外線系の発光ダイオードとし
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の定電流回路。
  3. （３）　　発光ダイオードを可視光用の発光ダイオード
    とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の定電流回路
    。
