    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の定電圧ダイオードを直列に接続し、その両端の一
    方をトランジスタのベースに！し、他の一方を前記トラ
    ンジスタのコレクタに接続する構成にするとともに、前
    記定電圧ダイオードの直−列接読点およびトランジスタ
    のエミッタ、コレクタを外部端子として構成したことを
    特徴とする電圧クランプ回路。
