Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入出力端子間に直列接続された制御トランジスタと、こ
    のトランジスタの出力電圧と第１基準電、　圧との差に
    応じて前記制御トランジスタのベースに直列に接続され
    た第１トランジスタを制御することにより出力電圧を一
    定化する電圧制御回路と、前記制御トランジスタの出力
    側に直列接続された電流検出抵抗と、この電流検出抵抗
    の両端電位を第２基準値と比較して前記第１トランジス
    タに対して直列に接続された第２トランジスタを制御す
    ることにより出力電流を規制する電流制御回路とを備え
    、前記第２基準値として半導体のＰ−Ｎ接合部分に於け
    る順方向電圧降下電圧を用いることにより電流検出抵抗
    の値を小さくして電力損失を減少させた電流制限付定電
    圧電源回路。
