Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１）同一電源をスイッチング用第１のトランジスタを
    介して第１負荷に供給するとともに、定電圧電源用第２
    のトランジスタを介して第２負荷に供給し、前記第１の
    トランジスタの出力をさらに第２のトランジスタのベー
    スに供給してなるものにおいて、前記第１のトランジス
    タのベース回路中に制御トランジスタを主体とする制御
    回路を挿入し、この制御トランジスタのベース回路と第
    ２のトランジスタの出力側とを結合してなることを特徴
    とする短絡保護回路。□（２１制御回路は、制御トラン
    ジスタ、コンデンサ、抵抗の並列回路からなり、この並
    列回路を第１のトランジスタのベースに、抵抗および起
    動スイッチとともに直列に挿入してなる実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の短絡保護回路。 （３）第１のトランジスタのコレクタと第２のトランジ
    スタのベースとを抵抗を介して結合し、この第２のトラ
    ンジスタのベースをツェナーダイオードを介して接地し
    、制御トランジスタのベースと第２のトランジスタのエ
    ミッタとを抵抗を介して結合してなる実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第２項記載の短絡保護回路。
