Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力電圧がコレクタに供給されているトランジスタと、
    アノードが所定基準電位点に接続されている定電圧ダイ
    オードとを含み、前記定電圧ダイオードのカソードに前
    記入力電圧を第１抵抗を介して供給することによって該
    カソードに生じた電圧を前記トランジスタのベースに供
    給して前記トランジスタのエミッタよりほぼ一定の電圧
    を出力するようにした定電圧回路であって、前記定電圧
    ダイオードに並列に接続された第２抵抗を有することを
    特徴とすることを特徴とする定電圧回路。
