３は出力抵抗、Ｒ１はバイアス抵抗である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 整流用のトランジスタと、そのエミッタとグランド電位
    との間に接続された入力抵抗と、該トランジスタのコレ
    クタとグランド電位との間に接続された出力抵抗と、該
    グランド電位から負方向に順方向電圧１段分の電圧降下
    を生じさせるダイオードと、該ダイオードに正電源から
    バイアス電流を流すバイアス抵抗と、該ダイオードのカ
    ソードと前記トランジスタのベースとの間に接続された
    ベース抵抗とを備えてなることを特徴とする整流回路。
