Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ベースよりパルス印加される第１のトランジスタがあり
    、第１のトランジスタのエミッタに、第２のトランジス
    タのコレクタが、直接または負荷回路を経由して接続さ
    れており、第１のトランジスタのエミッタは、ンイオー
    ドまたは抵抗を介して第２トランジスタのベースに接続
    されており、第２トランジスタのエミッタは、抵抗もし
    くは、ダイオードを介して、回路の低位の電源に接続さ
    れ、第１トランジスタのベース入力信号が、高電位時に
    、大電流を供給し、低電位時には小電流を供給する第２
    トランジスタを設けたことを特徴とする電流源回路。
