    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源の端子と、その電源を外部に出力するための出力端
    子との間に、コレクタとエミッタとが接続される第１の
    トランジスタと、上記電源の端子から抵抗を介して上記
    第１のトランジスタのベースに接続されるベース電流回
    路と、上記第１のトランジスタのベースと接地との間に
    コレクタとエミッタとが接続される第２のトランジスタ
    と、この第２のトランジスタのオン、オフを制御する手
    段とを備えた電源回路。
