    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源ラインの入力側にエミッタが接続され、出力側にコ
    レクタが接続された制御トランジスタと、出力電圧と基
    準電圧とを比較し、その誤差電圧に対応して制御トラン
    ジスタのベース電流を供給する制御回路と、前記制御ト
    ランジスタのコレクタ・エミッタ間に接続された起動回
    路とを備え、前記制御トランジスタのベース電流はすべ
    て制御回路から供給するとともに、前記起動回路により
    入力電圧投入時に入力側から出力側に電流を供給して制
    御回路を起動させるようにしたことを特徴とする安定化
    電源回路。
