駆動用のトランジスタ、ＺＤ、・・・・・・基準電圧用
のツェナーダイオード、ＺＤ２・・・・・・起動用のツ
ェナーダイオード、・Ｒ１−Ｒ５・・・・・・抵抗。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電圧制御用のトランジスタのエミッタに入力電圧が供給
    され、コレクタより出力電圧を取り出すとともに、上記
    電圧制御用のトランジスタのベース駆動用のトランジス
    タによって出力電圧の分割電圧と基準電圧とを比較し、
    上記ベース駆動用のトランジスタの比較出力が上記電圧
    制御用のトランジスタのベースに加えられて出力電圧が
    一定に、なるように制御する定電圧回路において、上記
    ベース駆動用のトランジスタのコレクタとエミッタの間
    に起動用のツェナーダイオードを接続し、かつ、そのツ
    ェナー電圧を定常状態における入力電圧と基準電圧の差
    よりも高くなるように設定し、電源投入時には上記起動
    用のツェナーダイオードを通じて電圧制御用のトランジ
    スタのベースに起動電流が流れるが、定常状態では上記
    起動用のツェナーダイオードの端子間電圧が降下して起
    動電流が継たれるようにしたことを特徴とする低リツプ
    ル定電圧回路。
