源用ダイオード、５は逆バイアス電源用コンデンサ、６
は逆バイアス電流用トランジスタ、？、７ａ、７ｂは補
助トランジスタ１．８は絶縁用フォトカップラー、９．
１０はダイオードである。なお図中同一符号は同一また
は相当部分を示す。′

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 導通している主回路トランジスタをオフさせるための逆
    バイアス電流を供給する電源と、上記逆バイアス電流を
    制御するトランジスタを有するものにおいて、上記逆バ
    イアス電流制御用トランジスタのベースとエミッタに補
    助トランジスタのコレクタとエミッタを各々直接接続し
    たことを特徴とするトランジスタのベース駆動回路。
