ジスタ、７′は補助トランジスタ、８はフォトカップラ
ー、Ｉｉ、１３．１４は電流制限用の抵抗器、１６は自
己バイアス用の抵抗器である。

  1. 主回路を構成する第１のトランジスタと、このトランジ
    スタをオンさせるためのベース電流およびオフさせるた
    めの逆バイアス電流を供給する第２のトランジスタと、
    この第２のトランジスタをオン・オフさせるためのフォ
    トカップラーとを備えたベース駆動回路。
