    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ベースが定電圧回路に接続されているＰＮＰ型の第１差
    動トランジスタ及びベースが負荷に接続されている第２
    差動トランジスタとを備える差動増幅回路と、前記第１
    差動トランジスタのコレクタにベースが接続された制御
    トランジスタと、該制御トランジスタにて制御され前記
    負荷に流れる電流をコントロールする被制御トランジス
    タと、前記第１差動トランジスタのコレクタに接続され
    た逆流防止ダイオードとよりなる駆動回路。
