Claims (1)
- 低周波入力信号の電流増幅および後段の回路への直流バ
イアス供給を兼ねたコレクタ接地形トランジスタ回路に
おいて、ベースコレクタ間に温度補償用ダイオード並列
にコンデンサを設けることにより、後段の回路への直流
バイアス供給電圧変動をおさえることを特徴としたトラ
ンジスタバイアス回路。
