１６は直流電源である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力信号を増幅する第１のトランジスタと、前記第１の
    トランジスタにカスコード接続されかつ極性の異なる第
    ２のトランジスタと、前記第１のトランジスタと前記第
    ２のトランジスタの共通接続点に接続された定電流源か
    ら成り、前記第１のトランジスタのエミッタ又はソース
    に接続された抵抗と直列にコンデンサを接続することに
    より低減増幅度を減少させた事を特徴とする増幅回路。
