    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 定電圧がベースに印加される第１のトランジスタと、該
    第１のトランジスタのエミッタと基準電位との間に接続
    された第１の抵抗と、エミッタが第２の抵抗を介して前
    記基準電位に接続された第２のトランジスタと、前記第
    １及び第２のトランジスタのコレクタに接続された電流
    ミラー回路とを有し、前記第２トランジスタに一定の電
    流を流すようにしたことを特徴とする定電流回路。
