    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エミッタに直流電圧が加わり、コレクタに出力端子が接
    続される直流電圧制御用の第１のトランジスタのベース
    に、ベースに基準電圧が供給されエミッタが抵抗を介し
    て接地された第２のトランジスタのコレクタを接続する
    直流電圧安定化回路において、前記出力端子と前記抵抗
    との間にツェナーダイオードを挿入したことを特徴とす
    る直流電圧安定化回路。
