    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１及び第２の抵抗器とそれらの中間に接続されたツェ
    ナダイオードとからなる直列回路と、上記第１の抵抗と
    ツェナダイオードの接続点を制御電圧によって所定電圧
    に設定する第１のスイッチングトランジスタと、上記ツ
    ェナダイオードと第２の抵抗の接続点にベースが接続さ
    れた出力信号をオンオフする第２のスイッチングトラン
    ジスタとから成るミューテ′イング回路。
