Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エミッタをそれぞれ共通する第１、第２のトランジスタ
    の組及び第３、第４のトランジスタの組と、該第１、第
    ２のトランジスタの共通エミッタに定電流を供給する第
    １の電流源と、前記第３、第４のトランジスタの共通エ
    ミッタに信号電流を供給する第２の電流源と、前記第２
    および第３のトランジスタのベースを共通に接続し、こ
    の共通ベースにバイアス電圧を与えるバイアス電圧供給
    手段と、前記第１および第４のトランジスタのベースを
    共通に接続し、との共通ベースに前記バイアス電圧供給
    手段よりバイアス電圧を与える第１の抵抗性素子、前記
    第１、第４のトランジスタの前記共通ベースと基準電位
    間にコンデンサを設けたことを特徴とする信号利得制御
    回路。
