    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コレクタ及びベースを電源供給源に接続すると共にベー
    スを基準電圧に接続した制御用トランジスタを備えた定
    電圧電源回路において、上記制御用トランジスタのベー
    ス・エミツタ間にそれぞれコレクタ・エミツタを接続し
    、かつベースを上記基準電圧・エミツタ間に挿入された
    分圧抵抗にて接続された検出用トランジスタが設けられ
    たことを特徴とする電源保護回路。
