Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力電源の一端と出力負荷回路の一端との間にコレクタ
    ・エミッタ回路が接続された第一のトランジスタ４と、 出力負荷回路の両端子電圧に比例する電圧を基準電圧と
    比較する第一の誤差増幅器６と、この第一の誤差増幅器
    の出力がベースに接続されコレクタ出力が上記第一のト
    ランジスタのベースを制御するように構成された第二の
    トランジスタ５と を備えた直流安定化電源装置において、出力負荷電流の
    通路に挿入された抵抗値の小さい抵抗器２４と、 この抵抗器の両端電圧を入力とする第二の誤差増幅器２
    ３と、 この第二の誤差増幅器の出力によりベース電流が制御さ
    れそのコレクタ回路が上記第二のトランジスタのエミッ
    タ回路と直列に接続された第三のトランジスタ２１と を備えたことを特徴とする過電流保護回路。
