    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１のトランジスタのコレクタ・エミッタ及び負荷とか
    らなる直列回路Ａと、前記第１のトランジスタのベース
    にコレクタがつながる第２のトランジスタと、抵抗と前
    記第２のトランジスタ・エミッタとからなる直列回路と
    、前記第２のトランジスタのベースに抵抗を介して接続
    される処理回路と、前記処理回路に接続し、かつ、トラ
    ンジスタにより供給電流が制御される安定化電源回路と
    を備え、前記直列回路Ａは直列回路Ｂに並列に接続する
    構成とした駆動装置。
