Claims (1)
- ０電位レベルと正電位レベルと負電位レベルの電位ライ
ンを有し、その正電位レベルと負電位レベルの電位ライ
ン間にバイポーラトランジスタによる共通エミッタ型の
増幅回路が接続され、かつそのバイポーラトランジスタ
のベース側と前記０電位レベルの電位ライン間に熱電対
とコンデンサとが並列に接続されてなることを特徴とす
る温度／電気変換回路。
