Abstract
In un procedimento per la fabbricazione di tavolette di cioccolato sottili, di preferenza stampate o simili con l'appoggio di una piastra di formatura pieghevole, la quale è provvista di aperture che corrispondono al profilo delle tavolette di cioccolata, su di una parte inferiore piana, con il riempimento delle aperture con massa di cioccolata e con il sollevamento della piastra di formatura al fine di sformare le tavolette di cioccolato, viene proposto che venga impiegata una piastra di formatura praticamente resistente alla trazione e alla compressione con aperture che si allargano verso la parte inferiore, con il fissaggio della piastra di formatura sulla parte inferiore prima della sformatura, il versamento della massa di cioccolata liquida in eccedenza nelle aperture e con l'asportazione mediante tergitura della massa di cioccolata in eccedenza dal lato superiore della piastra di formatura. Questo procedimento permette un riempimento meccanico in un impianto di rivestimento con una possibilità sformatura semplice, eventualmente con mezzi manuali.
