Abstract

Il presente trovato concerne uno stampo, in particolare, per la formatura di prodotti ceramici "crudi". Esso è utilizzabile per dare origine a prodotti, con forme geometriche complesse, su presse ad azione verticale nelle quali, per ogni alveolo (9), il relativo tampone superiore (3) presenta la propria superficie conformata così da risultare sovrapponibile, per traslazione in direzione verticale, in modo pressoché combaciante con la corrispondente superficie del tampone inferiore fisso (6). L'alimentazione, mediante, il materiale "soffice", avviene a temperatura ambiente attraverso le luci di caricamento (111), predisposte nelle piastrine (11), che delimitano lateralmente i singoli alveoli (9), che, a loro volta, sono solidali alla matrice (10), costituente la parte inferiore mobile dello stampo. L'alimentazione, attraverso le luci di caricamento (111), avviene ad alveolo chiuso, cioé con l'invio del materiale "soffice" dell'alveolo (9), delimitato superiormente dal tampone (3), inferiormente dal tampone (6) e lateralmente dalle lastrine (11).
