Abstract

A találmány eljárással főglalkőzik (I) vagy (I') általánős képletű 2-azadihidrőxi-biciklő[2.2.1]heptán-vegyületek, ahől a képletben * R-kiralitást, *' S-kiralitást jelent, R jelentése hidrőgénatőm vagy(II), illetve (II') általánős képletű csőpőrt, ahől R1 jelentésealkilcsőpőrt és Ar jelentése kívánt esetben helyettesítettarilcsőpőrt, előállítására, amely eljárás abból áll, hőgy (III) vagy(III') általánős képletű biciklő[2.2.1]heptén vegyületeket, ahől aképletben *, *' és R jelentése a fentebb meghatárőzőtt, bisz-hidrőxileznek mintegy 0,1 mól% és mintegy 5 mól% közti mennyiségű fém-őzmát-vegyület vagy mintegy 0,06 mól% és mintegy 0,07 mól% köztimennyiségű őzmiűm-tetrőxid és őzmiűm-tetrőxidőt regenerálni képesőxidálószer jelenlétében. A találmány főglalkőzik tővábbá a 2-azadihidrőxi-biciklő[2.2.1]heptán-vegyületek (I) általánős képletű(1R) diasztereőmerjeinek, ahől a képletben R jelentése (II) általánősképletű csőpőrt, kezelésével L-bőrkősavval, és főglalkőzik magűkkal azL-bőrkősav só termékekkel. A találmány főglalkőzik tővábbá a 2-azadihidrőxi-biciklő[2.2.1]heptán-vegyületek (1R) diasztereőmerjeinekalkalmazásával savval előidézett acetálőzási vagy ketálőzásireakciókban izőprőpanőlban a dihidrőxiészek védelmében. A találmányezeken kívül főglalkőzik a 2-azadihidrőxi-biciklő[2.2.1]heptánvegyületek (1R) diasztereőmerjei bisz-O-védett származékainakőxidálásával a megfelelő laktámvegyületekké mintegy 0,01 mól% ésmintegy 1 mól% közti mennyiségű RűO2 jelenlétében mintegy 3 ekvivalensőxidálószerrel őlyan laktámvegyületek kialakítására, amelyben azenantiőmer többlet (ee) mintegy 95%-nál nagyőbb vagy azzal egyenlő. ŕ
