Claims (9)
- 트랜스 및 시스-3-치환-3-아자비시클로[3.2.1]옥탄-8-올 유도체 혼합물 또는 트랜스-3-치환-3-아자비시클로[3.2.1]옥탄-8-올 유도체를 루테늄 착물 존재 하에서 트랜스체를 시스체로 이성화시켜, 시스체를 과잉으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스-3-치환-3-아자비시클로[3.2.1]옥탄-8-올 유도체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,추가로 염기 존재 하에 이성화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스-3-치환-3-아자비시클로[3.2.1]옥탄-8-올 유도체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,트랜스 및 시스-3-치환-3-아자비시클로[3.2.1]옥탄-8-올 유도체 혼합물 또는 트랜스-3-치환-3-아자비시클로[3.2.1]옥탄-8-올 유도체가, 3-치환-3-아자비시클로[3.2.1]옥탄-8-온 유도체를 환원하여 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 시스-3-치환-3-아자비시클로[3.2.1]옥탄-8-올 유도체의 제조 방법.
- 3-치환-3-아자비시클로[3.2.1]옥탄-8-온 유도체를 루테늄 착물 및 수소 공여성 유기 화합물 또는 수소 공여성 무기 화합물의 존재 하에 수소 이동형 환원 반응을 실시하여, 트랜스 및 시스-3-치환-3-아자비시클로[3.2.1]옥탄-8-올 유도체 혼합물 또는 트랜스-3-치환-3-아자비시클로[3.2.1]-8-올 유도체를 얻고, 수소 공여성 유기 화합물 또는 수소 공여성 무기 화합물을 제거한 후, 수소 이동형 환원 반응에 사용된 루테늄 착물 존재 하에서 트랜스체를 시스체로 이성화시켜, 시스체를 과잉으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스-3-치환-3-아자비시클로[3.2.1]옥탄-8-올 유도체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,추가로 염기 존재 하에 환원 반응 및 이성화를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스-3-치환-3-아자비시클로[3.2.1]옥탄-8-올 유도체의 제조 방법.
