PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE TRIAZOLILMETIL-TERC.-BUTIL-CARBONILES SUSTITUIDOS DE FORMULA (I); EN QUE R ES ALQUILO, ALQUENILO, ALQUINILO U OTROS; X HIDROGENO O HALOGENO E Y HALOGENO. SE BASA EN LA REDUCCION DE UNA TRIAZOLILMETIL-TERC.-BUTIL CETONA DE FORMULA (II) POR REACCION CON UN HIDRURO COMPLEJO EN UN DILUYENTE. SE RECOGE EL RESIDUO EN ACIDO CLORHIDRICO DILUIDO, SE ALCALINIZA Y SE EXTRAE CON UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO. ALTERNATIVAMENTE SE TRATA EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) CON ISOPROPILATO DE ALUMINIO EN UN ALCOHOL, Y SE ELIMINA EL EXCESO DE DISOLVENTE POR DESTILACION EN VACIO. O BIEN SE HACE REACCIONAR EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA (II) CON HIDROGENO, EN PRESENCIA DE UN CATALIZADOR, Y SE AISLA EL PRODUCTO FINAL POR FILTRACION. SE USAN COMO AGENTES FUNGICIDAS Y REGULADORES DEL CRECIMIENTO DE LAS PLANTAS.
