Abstract
A találmány tárgya adrenalin vagy egy adrenalin- addíciós sóelőállítására szolgáló eljárás, amelynél az első lépésben a kiindulásianyagként alkalmazott N-védett adrenalont[Rh(COD)Cl]2 és egy királis,kétfogú foszfin- ligandumból álló katalizátor jelenlétébenaszimmetriás hidrogénezésnek vetik alá, majd második lépésben az ígykapott N-védett adrenalint bázisos körülmények között kicsapják, és aharmadik lépésben az N-védőcsoportot savas körülmények közöttlehasítják. Az első lépésben kiindulási anyagként N- benzil-adrenalontalkalmaznak, amelyet 40 és 70 °C közötti hőmérsékleten, 10 x 105 Pa és100 x 105 Pa közötti nyomáson, egy protikus oldószerben, a kiindulásianyag és a ródium- katalizátor 50 : 1 és 10000 : 1 közöttimólarányánál, 2 és 8 óra közötti reakcióidő alatt aszimmetriáshidrogénezéssel N-benzil-adrenalinná alakítanak át, amelyet a másodiklépésben egy nitrogénbázis hozzáadásával kicsapnak, és a harmadiklépésben savas körülmények között, palládium-katalizátor jelenlétébenaz N-védőcsoportot 40 és 80 °C közötti hőmérsékleten lehasítják.
