Claims (16)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju biljnog proizvoda, pri čemu taj postupak uključuje korake
(i) obrade, u reaktoru, tvar koja sadrži
(a) vegetativne dijelove biljke angiosperme, pri čemu spomenuti vegetativni dijelovi biljke imaju suhu težinu od najmanje 2g i imaju ukupni nepolarni sadržaj nepolarnih lipida od najmanje 5% težine na osnovi suhe težine,
(b) otapalo koje obuhvaća vodu, alkohol, ili oba, i
(c) izborni katalizator,
pri čemu navedena obrada uključuje zagrijavanje te tvari na temperaturi između 50 °C i 450 °C i na tlaku između 5 i 350 bara između 1 i 120 minuta u oksidativnom, reduktivnom ili inertnom okruženju,
(ii) obnavljanje naftnog produkta iz reaktora uz iskorištenje od najmanje 35% težine u odnosu na suhu težinu vegetativnih dijelova biljke, čime se proizvodi naftni proizvod.
2. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što jedan ili više ili svi od
(i) vegetativnih dijelova biljke imaju suhu težinu od najmanje 1kg,
(ii) vegetativni dijelovi biljke imaju ukupan nepolarni sadržaj lipida od najmanje 10%, najmanje 15%, najmanje 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, ili između 30% i 75% po osnovi suhe težine,
(iii) tvar ima koncentraciju čvrstih sadržaja između 5% i 90%
(iv) katalizatori obuhvaćaju NaOH ili KOH ili obje, poželjno pri koncentraciji od 0,1M do 2M,
(v) vrijeme prerade je između 1 i 60 minuta, poželjno između 10 i 60 minuta, poželjno između 15 i 30 minuta,
(vi) ako je otapalo voda, taj postupak proizvodi prinos naftnog proizvoda između minimalno od 36%, 37%, 38%, 39% ili 40% i maksimalno 55% ili 60% težine u odnosu na suhu težinu vegetativnih dijelova biljke,
(vii) ako otapalo obuhvaća alkohol taj postupak proizvodi prinos naftnog proizvoda između minimalno od 36%, 37%, 38%, 39% ili 40% i maksimalno 65% ili 70% težine u odnosu na suhu težinu vegetativnih dijelova biljke,
(viii) ako otapalo obuhvaća 80% vode, naftni proizvod obuhvaća 30% od C13-C22 atoma ugljikovodika,
(ix) ako otapalo obuhvaća 50% metanola, naftni proizvod obuhvaća 50% metil estera masne kiseline (FAME),
(x) oporavljeni naftni proizvod ima sadržaj vode manji od 15% težine,
(xi) prinos naftnog proizvoda je najmanje 2% veće težine u odnosu na odgovarajući postupak korištenjem odgovarajućih vegetativnih dijelova biljke čiji je nepolarni sadržaj lipida manji od 2% na bazi suhe težine, i
(xii) vegetativni dijelovi biljke u koraku (i)(a) fizički su obrađeni jednim ili više bojanjem, rezanjem, sjeckanjem, mljevenjem, valjanjem, prešanjem, drobljenjem ili usitnjavanjem, grubim rezanjem.
3. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu vegetativni dijelovi biljke imaju ukupan nepolarni sadržaj lipida od između 30% i 75% na bazi suhe težine.
4. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3 koji nadalje obuhvaća jedno ili više od:
(i) hidrodeoksigenaciju obnovljenog naftnog proizvoda,
(ii) obrada obnovljenog naftnog proizvoda vodikom kako bi se smanjile razine ketona ili šećera u naftnom proizvodu,
(iii) proizvodnja sintetičkog plina iz obnovljenog naftnog proizvoda, i
(iv) frakcioniranje obnovljenog naftnog proizvoda za proizvodnju jednog ili više motornih goriva, dizelskog goriva, kerozina ili benzina.
5. Postupak ekstrakcije biljnog ulja, ovaj postupak uključuje sljedeće korake:
i) dobivanje vegetativnog dijela biljke iz angiosperme koja ima ukupni sadržaj nepolarnih lipida između 30% i 75% (tež./tež.% suhe težine),
ii) ekstrakciju ulja iz vegetativnog dijela biljke, i
iii) obnavljanje izvađene nafte,
pri čemu se ekstrahira biljno ulje.
6. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 5, koji obuhvaća korake:
(a) izdvajanje barem nekog malog dijela sadržaja nepolarnih lipida iz vegetativnog dijela biljke kao nepolarnih lipida, i
(b) obnavljanje ekstrahiranog nepolarnog lipida.
7. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 6, pri čemu
(i) ekstrahirani nepolarni lipid sadrži triacilglicerole, pri čemu navedeni triacilgliceroli čine najmanje 90% (tež./tež.%) ekstrahiranog nepolarnog lipida, i/ili
(ii) ekstrahirani nepolarni lipid uključuje slobodne sterole, steroil estere, steroil glikozide, voskove ili voštane estere ili bilo koju njihovu kombinaciju.
8. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 6, koji obuhvaća jedno ili više od
a) obnavljanje ekstrahiranog nepolarnog lipida skupljanjem u posudu,
b) jedno ili više degumiranja, dezodoriranja, dekoloracije, bojanja ili frakcioniranja ekstrahiranog nepolarnog lipida,
c) uklanjanje barem neke količine voskova i/ili estera voska iz ekstrahiranog nepolarnog lipida, i
d) analiziranje supstance masne kiseline iz tog ekstrahiranog nepolarnog lipida.
9. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 6 do 8 pri čemu je obujam ekstrahiranog nepolarnog lipida najmanje 1 litra.
10. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 9, koji obuhvaća pretvaranje biljnog ulja u industrijski proizvod.
11. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što je taj industrijski proizvod proizvod ugljikovodika kao što su esteri masnih kiselina, poželjno metilni esteri masnih kiselina i/ili etilni esteri masnih kiselina, alkana kao što je metan, etan ili alkan dužeg lanca, mješavina duljeg alkanskog lanca, alkena, biogoriva, ugljičnog monoksida i/ili plinovitog vodika, bioalkohola kao što je biougljen ili neka kombinacija ugljičnog monoksida, vodika i biougljena.
12. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 10 ili 11, u kojem se najmanje neki dio lipida pretvara u industrijski proizvod kemijskim sredstvima, pri čemu
i) izborno, kemijska sredstva koja obuhvaćaju reakciju nepolarnog lipida s alkoholom, izborno u prisutnosti katalizatora, da se proizvedu alkilni esteri, i
ii) izborno, spajanje alkil estera iz koraka i) s gorivom na bazi nafte.
13. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačena time što su alkilni esteri metilni esteri.
14. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačena time što vegetativni dijelovi biljke sadrže lišće biljke, stabljiku ili oboje.
15. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačena time što vegetativni dio biljke uključuje jedno ili više ili sve od sljedećih svojstava:
i) ukupan nepolarni sadržaj lipida od najmanje 35% (tež/tež% suhe težine),
ii) ukupan TAG sadržaj od najmanje 35% (tež/tež% suhe težine),
iii) oleinska kiselina uključuje najmanje 19% ukupnog sadržaja masnih kiselina u nepolarnom lipidu u vegetativnom dijelu biljke,
iv) palmitinska kiselina uključuje najmanje 20% ukupnog sadržaja masnih kiselina u nepolarnom lipidu u vegetativnom dijelu biljke,
v) inolna kiselina čini najmanje 15% ukupnog sadržaja masnih kiselina u nepolarnom lipidu u vegetativnom dijelu biljke, i
vi) α-oleinska kiselina čini manje od 15% ukupnog sadržaja masnih kiselina u nepolarnom lipidu u vegetativnom dijelu biljke.
16. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačena time što se navedeni vegetativni dio biljke skuplja iz biljke u vremenu između vremena cvjetanja biljke i vremena početka starenja te biljke.
