Claims (11)
1. Postupak dobivanja proteinskog napitka, naznačen time što se postupak sastoji u uzastopnim koracima postupka, čiji se redoslijed može preklapati:
– sjeckanja ohlađenog ili djelomično odmrznutog mesa sjeckalica ili kojim drugim uređajem za usitnjavanje,
– dobivanja mesnog temeljca iz isjeckanog mesa, ako je moguće, nakon dodavanja tekućine, u svakom slučaju bez uklanjanja finih tvari,
– kuhanja mesnog temeljca,
– finog isitnjavanja temeljca koji u potpunosti sadrži dodano isjeckano meso industrijskom miješalicom,
– punjenja proteinskog napitka koji u potpunosti sadrži dodano isjeckano meso u boce ili limenke, i
– steriliziranja proteinskog napitka, gdje
– proteinski napitak, gdje se sve odnosi na ukupnu težinu napitka, sadrži 3 do 20%, težinski, proteina, 0,5 do 5%, težinski, masti, 70 do 95%, težinski, vode i 0,5 do 15%, težinski, ugljikohidrata, od kojih je 0,5 do 10%, težinski, šećer, gdje proteinski napitak sadrži 80-100%, težinski, mesnog temeljca, a dodano isjeckano meso ostaje u potpunosti očuvano u proteinskom napitku.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što nakon kuhanja mesnog temeljca slijedi: umiješavanje temeljnog praha koji sadrži ugljikohidrate, proteine, lecitin, te askorbinsku kiselinu u temeljac za vrijeme kuhanja, dodavanje meda, kakaa u prahu, te arome.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time što u dobivanju mesnog temeljca se upotrebljava govedina, osobito bikov vrat, gdje se govedinu najprije isjecka u sjeckalici, začini solju i paprom, kuha u vodi uz začinsko bilje, te drži na temperaturi vrenja otprilike 3 sata kako bi se postiglo optimalnu ekstrakciju sadržaja i spriječilo odvajanje masti, a zatim fino usitni.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se mesni temeljac s fino isjeckanim mesom kuha dok meso ne omekša, te da se usitnjavanje provodi sve dok se rezultat na može davati kroz kanilu.
5. Proteinski napitak, proizveden u postupku u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 to 4.
6. Proteinski napitak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što proteinski napitak sadrži vitamin i minerale, gdje se vitamin se bira iz skupine koju čine vitamin A (retinol), vitamin B1 (tiamin), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (piridoksin), vitamin C (askorbinska kiselina), te vitamin B3 (nijacin), te gdje se minerale bira iz skupine koju čine natrij, kalij, magnezij, kalcij, željezo, te fosfor.
7. Proteinski napitak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 ili 6, naznačen time što proteinski napitak dodatno sadrži lecitin i barem jednu aromu.
8. Proteinski napitak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 7, naznačen time što proteinski napitak sadrži maltodekstrin, inulin, obrano mlijeko u prahu, te guar gumu kao izvore ugljikohidrata.
9. Proteinski napitak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 8, naznačen time što proteinski napitak sadrži mesni temeljac i izolat proteina soje kao izvore proteina.
10. Proteinski napitak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 9, naznačen time što proteinski napitak sadrži med kao izvor šećera.
11. Proteinski napitak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 10, naznačen time što proteinski napitak sadrži kakao u prahu i aroma badema kao arome.
