Claims (21)
1. Kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) obuhvaća:
- ploču kalupa za ubrizgavanje (2) koja ima prvu stranu (4) ploče kalupa za ubrizgavanje uključujući polovice prvih šupljina kalupa (8a’, 8b’ 8c’) jedne ili više šupljina kalupa (8a, 8b 8c) i nasuprotnu drugu stranu (5) ploče kalupa za ubrizgavanje koja se montira na alat za injekcijsko prešanje (54)
- ploču kalupa za izbacivanje (3) koja ima prvu stranu (6) ploče kalupa za izbacivanje uključujući polovice drugih šupljina kalupa (8a’’, 8b’’ 8c’’) jedne ili više šupljina kalupa (8a, 8b 8c) i nasuprotnu drugu stranu (7) ploče kalupa za izbacivanje koja se montira na alat za injekcijsko prešanje (54)
- prva strana ploče (4) kalupa za ubrizgavanje okrenuta je prema prvoj strani ploče (6) kalupa za izbacivanje za ograničavanje jedne ili više šupljina kalupa (8a, 8b 8c) kada su ploča kalupa za ubrizgavanje (2) i ploča kalupa za izbacivanje (3) u zatvorenom kontaktu tijekom ubrizgavanja plastičnog materijala, i
- najmanje jedan kanal medija za temperiranje (11;14) koji povezuje barem ulaz (23;25) medija za temperiranje kalupa za ubrizgavanje (1) na izlaz (24;26) medija za temperiranje kalupa za ubrizgavanje (1)
- najmanje jedan kanal medija za temperiranje (11;14) definira putanju protoka koja teče iznad jedne ili više šupljina kalupa (8a, 8b 8c) prolazeći područjem druge strane (5) ploče kalupa za ubrizgavanje i druge strane (7) ploče kalupa za izbacivanje, najmanje jedan kanal medija za temperiranje (11;14) definira slobodan otvor (30;33) na navedenim drugim stranama (5;7) ploče kalupa, naznačen time da i ploča za ubrizgavanje i ploča za izbacivanje ima jedan ili više kanala za temperiranje, a svaki je pojedinačno kontinuirana pregrada sa uskim zavojima u suprotnim smjerovima definirana stijenkama kanala, a po cijeloj dužini ima uzdužni otvor, koji otvor se zatvara kada se kalup za ubrizgavanje montira na alat za injekcijsko prešanje (54).
2. Kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da najmanje jedan kanal medija za temperiranje (11;14) predstavlja kontinuiranu pregradu koja se proteže od ulaza medija za temperiranje do izlaza medija za temperiranje, pri čemu se kontinuirana pregrada sastoji od niza uskih protočnih zavoja odvojenih međuprostornim stijenkama kanala, poželjno je da su barem neke od međuprostornih stijenki kanala paralelne kako bi se postiglo zaokretanje od 180 °.
3. Kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da kontinuirana pregrada koju čini barem jedan otvoren kanal medija za temperiranje (11; 14) definira putanju protoka medija za temperiranje preko odgovarajućih ploča kalupa (2;3), pri čemu barem jedan kanal za medij za temperiranje (11;14) definira putanju protoka koja je duža od
- širine odgovarajuće ploče kalupa za ubrizgavanje (2) ili ploče kalupa za izbacivanje (3), i/ili
- visine odgovarajuće ploče kalupa za ubrizgavanje (2) ili ploče kalupa za izbacivanje (3), i / ili
- bilo koje linije od ruba do ruba ili od kuta do kuta odgovarajuće ploče kalupa za ubrizgavanje (2) ili ploče kalupa za izbacivanje(3).
4. Kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da
- druga strana (5) ploče kalupa za ubrizgavanje (2) ima prvu perifernu zonu (9) koja okružuje barem jedan prvi kanal za medij za temperiranje (11)
5. Kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da je prva periferna zona (9) snabdjevena sa prvom brtvom (10).
6. Kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da
- druga strana (7) ploče kalupa za izbacivanje (3) ima drugu perifernu zonu (12) koja okružuje barem jedan drugi kanal za medij za temperiranje (14).
7. Kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, da je druga periferna zona (12) snabdjevena sa drugom brtvom (13).
8. Kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da je najmanje jedan prvi otvoreni kanal za medij za temperiranje (11) ploče kalupa za ubrizgavanje (2) zatvoren sa prvom brtvenom pločom (17) i najmanje jedan otvoreni drugi kanal za medij za temperiranje (14) ploče kalupa za izbacivanje (3) zatvoren je sa drugom brtvenom pločom (19) kada je kalup za ubrizgavanje montiran na stroj za injekcijsko prešanje.
9. Kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da ploča kalupa za izbacivanje (3) ima mnoštvo poprečnih prolaza (15) za klinove (88), a poprečni prolaz (15) za klin (88) sadrži poprečnu brtvu (16).
10. Kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da je barem jedan kanal za medij za temperiranje (11;14) dobiven strojnom obradom krute ploče kalupa za ubrizgavanje ili krute ploče kalupa za izbacivanje.
11. Kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da je barem jedan kanal za medij za temperiranje (11; 14) dobiven strojnom obradom krute ploče kalupa (2;3) tako da je debljina materijala ploče kalupa (2;3) između šupljine i kanala za medij za temperiranje manja od 20 mm, opcionalno manja od 15 mm.
12. Kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 - 11, naznačen time da najmanje jedan kanal za medij za temperiranje (11; 14) ima jednu ili više sljedećih karakteristika:
- polumjer okretanja noge kanala između 6,0 – 30 mm,
- broj nogu kanala između 3 - 10,
- noga kanala dužine oko 200 mm,
- ukupna duljina između 600 - 800 mm,
- dubina između 20 - 60 mm,
- noga kanala širine između 3,0 - 5,0 mm,
- debljina nogu kanala između 3,5 - 5,0 mm,
- debljina metalnih materijala između kanala te jedna ili više šupljina kalupa od 3.0 - 5.5 mm.
13. Kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time da najmanje jedan kanal za medij za temperiranje (11; 14) ima jednu ili više sljedećih karakteristika:
- noga kanala dužine od oko 140 mm,
- pet kanalnih nogu,
- ukupna dužina oko 700 mm,
- dubina između 20 - 40 mm,
- noga kanala širine od 4,2 mm,
- noga kanala debljine oko 3,8 mm,
- debljina metalnih materijala između kanala i šupljine kalupa od 4,0 mm
14. Kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, 12 ili 13, naznačen time da je najmanje jedan kanal za medij za temperiranje (11;14) dobiven strojnom obradom ploče kalupa ili obradom polovice kalupa koja već ima konvencionalne ravne provrte za hlađenje, tako da je debljina materijala ploče kalupa (2;3) između šupljine i kanala za medij za temperiranje manja ili jednaka 95% ukupne debljine odgovarajuće ploče kalupa, opcionalno i manja.
15. Alat za injekcijsko prešanje (54) naznačen time da obuhvaća:
- kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1-14
- prvu brtvenu ploču (17) koja je brtveno pričvršćena na drugu stranu (5) ploče kalupa za ubrizgavanje, i/ili
- drugu brtvenu ploču (19) koja je brtveno pričvršćena na drugu stranu ploče (7) kalupa za izbacivanje
16. Alat za injekcijsko prešanje (54) prema zahtjevu 15, naznačen time da je prva brtvena ploča (17) fiksirana ploča (43) stroja za injekcijsko prešanje i/ili druga brtvena ploča (19) je mobilna ploča (44) stroja za injekcijsko prešanje.
17. Alat za injekcijsko prešanje (54) prema zahtjevima 15 ili 16, naznačen time da je prva izolacijska ploča (18) postavljena na prvu brtvenu ploču (17) koja je okrenuta prema drugoj strani (5) ploče kalupa za ubrizgavanje, i/ili druga izolacijska ploča (20) postavljena je na drugu brtvenu ploču (19) koja je okrenuta prema drugoj strani (7) ploče kalupa za izbacivanje.
18. Stroj za injekcijsko prešanje sadrži kalup za ubrizgavanje (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 14 ili alat za injekcijsko prešanje (54) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 15 do 17, naznačen time da stroj za injekcijsko prešanje obuhvaća
- najmanje jedan izvor medija za temperiranje, i
- cirkulacijski krug sa sustavom ventila za kontrolu protoka medija za temperiranje iz barem jednog izvora medija za temperiranje putem sustava za podešavanje temperature kroz barem jedan kanal za medij za temperiranje (11; 14) kalupa za ubrizgavanje (1).
19. Postupak nadograđivanja stroja za injekcijsko prešanje prema zahtjevu 18 umetanjem kalupa za ubrizgavanje (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 14 i povezivanje navedenog kalupa za ubrizgavanje (1) na cirkulacijski krug i izvor medija za temperiranje.
20. Upotreba kalupa za ubrizgavanje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1-14 u postupku koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
(a) priključivanje stroja za injekcijsko prešanje sa kalupom za ubrizgavanje,
(b) osiguravanje dovoda plastičnog materijala sa prvom temperaturom unutar prozora za obradu plastičnog materijala,
(c) zagrijavanje najmanje jedne ili više šupljina kalupa do druge temperature unutar prozora za obradu plastičnog materijala i održavanje kalupa za ubrizgavanje u zatvorenom stanju na navedenoj drugoj temperaturi protokom medija za temperiranje kroz kanal, medij za temperiranje ima treću temperaturu,
(d) ubrizgavanje plastičnog materijala koji ima prvu temperaturu u zatvoreni grijani kalup kako bi se ispunila jedna ili više šupljina kalupa,
(e) hlađenje barem jedne ili više kalupnih šupljina napunjenog, zatvorenog kalupa za ubrizgavanje do četvrte temperature ispod prve temperature sve dok barem djelomično ne očvrsne oblikovani plastični dio/dijelovi unutar kalupa za ubrizgavanje protokom medija za temperiranje koji ima petu temperaturu, kroz isti kanal
(f) otvaranje kalupa za ubrizgavanje odvajanjem ploče kalupa za ubrizgavanje od ploče kalupa za izbacivanje,
(g) izbacivanje barem djelomično čvrsto oblikovanog plastičnog dijela/dijelova aktiviranjem izbacivačkih klinova sklopa za izbacivanje
(h) ponavljanje ciklusa koraka (c) do (g) sve dok se ne proizvede željeni broj plastičnih dijelova.
21. Upotreba prema zahtjevu 20, naznačena time da se u koraku (d) ubrizgavanje rastopljenog plastičnog materijala vrši pri tlaku ubrizgavanja nižem od 200 kg/cm2, poželjno nižem od 100 kg/cm2, poželjno nižem od 80 kg/cm2, poželjnije nižem od 60 kg/cm2, a najpoželjnije pri tlaku ubrizgavanja između 20 - 50 kg/cm2.
