Claims (39)
1. Upotreba čvrstog prehrambenog dodatka koji sadrži:
a) 0,2 do 16%, težinski, alginata;
b) 0,12 do 12%, težinski, pektina; i
c) 75 do 99%, težinski, aktivnih sastojaka, gdje se aktivne sastojke bira između jednog ili više sastojaka koje čine šećeri, složeni ugljikohidrati, mineralne soli, te aminokiseline,
naznačena time što dodatak treba otopiti u vodi radi upotrebe kao sportski napitak.
2. Upotreba u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što je sadržaj alginata 0,6 do 6%, težinski.
3. Upotreba u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što je sadržaj alginata 1,0 do 4%, težinski.
4. Upotreba u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što je sadržaj alginata 1,5 do 2,7%, težinski.

11. Upotreba tekućeg prehrambenog dodatka koji sadrži:
a) 0,05 do 2,0%, težinski, alginata;
b) 0,03 do 1,5%, težinski, pektina; i
c) 5 do 25%, težinski, aktivnih sastojaka, gdje se aktivne sastojke bira između jednog ili više sastojaka koje čine šećeri, složeni ugljikohidrati, elektroliti, te aminokiseline,
naznačena time što je dodatak namijenjen upotrebi kao sportski napitak.
12. Upotreba u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačena time što je sadržaj alginata 0,2 do 0,8%, težinski.
