本发明涉及一种美味营养的番茄汁的加工方法,属饮料加工技术领域。
背景技术:
目前,人们运动后或者出行时,常常需要补充大量的水分,以及补充维生素及矿物质。然而现有的饮料,往往只含糖份较高,而糖份现在又是很多减肥、血糖较高人士的大忌。
而且现有的果汁饮料口感有的也较差,不能很好地满足人们的需要。还有的果汁饮料添加剂成份过多,也是人们所防范的。所以有必要开发出美味又营养的果汁饮料。
发明内容:
本发明根据现的技术状况,提供一种营养又美味的番茄汁饮料的加工方法,该方法加工出的饮料口感好,营养全面又美味。
本发明的目的是通过以下措施实现的:
一种营养番茄汁饮料的加工方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
在番茄成熟季节,取新鲜水洗净凉干,压榨出原汁,收集原汁,将原汁与木糖醇、柠檬酸、微量元素及灭菌水配制成混合汁,混合汁经瞬间灭菌,再加入山梨酸钾处理后罐装即可;
其中各成份的重量百分比为:
原汁占60-70;木糖醇6-10%;柠檬酸0.2-0.3%;山梨酸钾0.01-0.04%;微量元素Ca、Zn、Mg、Vc、Vd各0.003-0.005%;其余为灭菌水。
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:
1、本发明的番茄汁饮料中,填加的糖份,以木糖醇的方式加入,不易被人体吸收,高血糖者可放心饮用。
2、本发明的番茄汁饮料加方法比较简便,适合大批量加工生产。
3、该方法加工的饮料营养全面,适合人体缺水情况下,补充水份同时,适量补充维生素和矿物质。
具体实施方式:
本发明的营养番茄汁饮料的加工方法包括以下步骤:
最好在在番茄成熟季节,因为这个季番茄价格最合适,番茄营养成份也最高。
将新鲜水先清洗干净,再凉干,用压榨机压榨出原汁,并收集原汁。
配制番茄汁饮料:将上面的原汁与木糖醇、柠檬酸、微量元素及灭菌水配制成混合汁,混合汁经瞬间灭菌,再加入山梨酸钾处理后罐装即可。木糖醇取代白砂糖,营养价值高,饮用较为健康。
配制果汁时各成份的重量分别为:
原汁70kg;木糖醇10 kg;柠檬酸0.3 kg;山梨酸钾0.02 kg;微量元素为含相应成份的食用添加剂,其中0.005kg Ca、0.005kg Zn、0.005kg Mg、0.005kg  0.005kg Vc、0.005kg Vd;灭菌水19.65 kg。
本发明配制的饮料保质期为3-5个月,最好在较短时间内饮用,因为长期间存放,会损失维生素等成份,降低其营养价值。

1.一种营养番茄汁饮料的加工方法,其特征在于该方法包括以下步骤:
在番茄成熟季节,取新鲜水洗净凉干,压榨出原汁,收集原汁,将原汁与木糖醇、柠檬酸、微量元素及灭菌水配制成混合汁,混合汁经瞬间灭菌,再加入山梨酸钾处理后罐装即可;
其中各成份的重量百分比为:
