Claims (16)
1. Ekstrudirana polimerna mješavina koja sadržava barem jedan alifatski polikarbonat i barem jedan poliolefin, naznačena time, da ekstrudirana polimerna smjesa sadržava više alifatskog polikarbonata od poliolefina.
2. Ekstrudirana polimerna mješavina u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time, da alifatski polikarbonat sadržava kopolimer ugljičnog dioksida i jedan ili više epoksida.
3. Ekstrudirana polimerna mješavina u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time, da
(a) poliolefin je odabran iz:
i. skupine koja se sastoji od: polietilena, polipropilena, polistirena, poli(alfa olefina), polivinilklorida i smjese ili kopolimera bilo kojeg od dva ili članova skupine, ili
(ii) skupine koja se sastoji od LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, polipropilena ili bilo koje kombinacije od gore navedenih; ili pri čemu
(b) poliolefin sadržava polietilen ili polipropilen.
4. Ekstrudirana polimerna mješavina u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time, da sadržava
(a) poli(propilen karbonat) ili
(b) poli(etilen karbonat) ili
(c) dodatno sadržava barem jedan kompatibilizator.
5. Plastični film, naznačen time, da sadržava ekstrudiranu polimernu mješavinu u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4.
6. Plastični artikl za injektiranje, naznačen time, da sadržava ekstrudiranu polimernu mješavinu u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4.
7. Plastični film u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, koji sadržava barem 70 % težinskih udjela alifatskog polikarbonata, naznačen time, da film ima produljenje prije vrijednosti loma, izmjereno u skladu s ASTM D882, barem 100 %.
8. Plastični film u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time, da
(a) alifatski polikarbonat sadržava jedan ili više poli(propilenkarbonata) i poli(etilenkarbonata), poželjno je da alifatski polikarbonat sadržava poli(propilenkarbonat) ili
(b) plastični film nadalje sadržava jedan ili više polukristalnih polimera.
9. Plastični film u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time, da taj film sadržava najmanje 80, ili najmanje 85, ili najmanje 90, ili najmanje 95 težinskih postotaka alifatskog polikarbonata.
10. Plastični film u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time, da nadalje sadržava jedan ili više poliolefinskih polimera, poželjno je od oko 0,5 do oko 30 postotnih težinskih udjela jednog ili više poliolefinskih polimera ili od oko 1 do oko 25 postotnih težinskih udjela jednog ili više poliolefinskih polimera ili od oko 1 do oko 10 postotnih težinskih udjela jednog ili više poliolefinskih polimera ili od oko 2 do oko 8 postotnih težinskih udjela jednog ili više poliolefinskih polimera ili oko 5 postotnih težinskih udjela jednog ili više poliolefinskih polimera.
11. Plastični film u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time, da poliolefinski polimer sadržava jedan ili više sljedećih tvari: polietilen, polipropilen i polietilen-ko-propilen, poželjno je
(a) da sadržava polietilen, poželjnije je polietilen LDPE; ili
(b) da sadržava polipropilen.
12. Plastični film u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time, da
(a) dodatno sadržava jedan ili više kompatibilizatora; ili
(b) film je istegnut, poželjno je
i. film je istegnut dvoosno, ili
ii. vrijednost elongacije filma pri prekidu, izmjereno u skladu s postupkom ASTM D882, manja je od 50 % u odnosu na stanje filma prije rastezanja; ili
(c) film je proizveden postupkom puhanja filma.
13. Postupak za proizvodnju plastičnog filma u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time, da sadržava korake:
(a) upotreba alifatskog polikarbonata, naznačenog time, da kada se alifatski polikarbonat preradi u film, film ima svojstvenu vrijednost elongacije pri prekidu, izmjereno u skladu s postupkom ASTM D882, manju od 50 %;
(b) miješanje do oko 30 postotnih težinskih udjela polukristalnog polimera radi dobivanja smjese koja sadržava najmanje 70 postotnih težinskih udjela alifatskog polikarbonata;
(c) dobivanje filma iz smjese iz koraka (b); i
(d) istezanje filma iz koraka (c) da se dobije film koji ima vrijednost elongacije pri prekidu, izmjereno u skladu s postupkom ASTM D882, koja je veća od 100 %.
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time, da
(a) koraci (c) i (d) izvode se istovremeno korištenjem postupka puhanog filma za proizvodnju filma ili pri čemu
(b) korak formiranja filma sadržava ekstrudiranje filma ili pri čemu
(c) korak istezanja filma obuhvaća jednoosno ili dvoosno istezanje filma.
15. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 13 ili 14, naznačen time, da alifatski polikarbonat sadržava poli(propilen karbonat).
16. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 15, naznačen time, da je
(a) polukristalni polimer pomiješan u koraku (b) sadržava poliolefin, pri čemu je poželjno da poliolefin sadržava LDPE; ili
(b) korak (b) obuhvaća miješanje od oko 1 % do oko 10 % polukristalnog polimera; ili
(c) omjer vrijednosti elongacije pri kidanju filma izrađenog samo iz alifatskog polikarbonata navedenog u koraku (a) i vrijednosti elongacije pri kidanju konačnog filma iz koraka (d) veća je od 2, poželjno je veća od 3, poželjnije veća od 5, najpoželjnije veća od 10.
